The U.S. House of Representatives unanimously passed a bill friday that opens the door for victims of the september eleventh terror attacks to sue Saudi Arabia, providing the nation can be found responsible for the act. The controversial measure was already passed by the Senate in May. The bill will now be sent to President Obama to either sign or veto. The white house has expressed opposition to the bill in the past, saying that it could pave the way for similar lawsuits against the U.S.
